PRI Specialty Leasing Services package
PRI announces the introduction of Specialty Leasing Services for the International market. This unique package will offer all that is needed to develop, structure, lease and manage a common area program in any location. PRI will offer this package to the International market in January 2009.

ICSC Fusion will be in Chicago February 28-March 3, 2010. PRI is exhibiting, Booth #237. We will also be conducting a seminar on Visual Merchandising.
We have two additions to our portfolio. We are leasing temporary inline space in Jefferson Pointe, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, a large lifestyle center. La Palmera, in Corpus Christi, Texas has RMU's and temporary inline opportunities. Email for more information.
PRI will be exhibiting at SPREE 2010 in Las Vegas, April 13-15 at Mandalay Bay. Please visit our booth and we can discuss leasing opportunities in our centers. We will also be conducting seminars on Retail 101; 102 and 103 during the SPREE show.
The Third Street Promenade in, Santa Monica California, program has 20 carts, three (3) food carts, and three (3) weekend-only artist units. PRI currently accepts applications for this program, available to download in the Current Projects section.
